<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>Health Trainers at Omnia</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you would like support and a &#8216;nudge&#8217; in the right direction to improving your personal health, then just pick up a form at Reception and complete the details. Our Health Trainer attends the practice on Friday mornings and can offer you:<br />
-  Your own personal Health Plan.<br />
-  Up to 6 sessions with your own Health Trainer.<br />
-  Support , encouragement and motivation along the way.<br />
-  Appropriate referrals to specialist services.<br />
-  Information about other local services that can help you achieve your personal goal.<br />
-  Appointment times to suit you.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>Organ Donation</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Have you joined the organ donation register yet? See <a href="http://www.organdonation.nhs.uk/">the NHS Organ Donation website</a> or pick up a leaflet in the practice.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>Health Visitors</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The last month has seen a change in the times of our Health Visitor drop in clinic. The &#8216;drop in&#8217; clinic will now only be on Thursday 1.00pm &#8211; 3.00pm. Health Visitors and their support Staff Nurse and Community Nursery Nurses are available to give information and advice about the needs of your baby and young children.</p>
