A repeat prescription is a prescription which you and your doctor have agreed previously can be requested using the repeat slip for certain drugs. Your doctor will give you are computer generated slip for these medicines and you will not need to make an appointment with the doctor to obtain a prescription unless the medication needs to be ‘re-authorised’.
