Important Update: Omnia’s New Clinical System

We are pleased to inform you that Omnia is moving to a modern Clinical system that should make life easier for both you and your families as well as our staff who support your Care. This will go live after the bank holiday. We have all been trained; but bear with us over the first few days as we get used to the change.

If you have a repeat prescription that is due in the next 2 weeks you can help us by requesting them today or tomorrow in the usual way.

We have had a significant demand for appointments and we are working to get these booked in appropriately. Unfortunately we will have to close the Website for further routine requests from Thursday 22nd of this month;

Please still contact reception at appointment release times if you require a same day appointment or have any queries.

Once we are on the new Medicus system after the bank holiday, the Website will re-open. We know that a number of you use the SystmOnline services; this is part of the old system and will not work. There is ability on our website to request prescriptions. Once the move has bedded in we will update the website to give better functionality around appointment booking and Repeat Prescription request and other contacts.

We will keep you informed as we go through this journey. It will be a bit of a bumpy road as this is the first in the country; and over the following months we will add more features and improvements.
