How To Request An Appointment

You can request an appointment in the following ways:

Telephone Appointments

If you need a telephone appointment please ring the practice, please be patient and understanding with the team, like all services the team are being affected by Coronavirus we have staff ill and self-isolating. The team are trying their best to meet the needs of the patient while operating in pandemic times. The Omnia team are not immune to the situation so I ask for your patience and understanding.

Appointments at Omnia practice will either by telephone or video consultation, this is to protect you and the staff and is in accordance with social distancing advice. In exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary to see you; this decision will be made by the doctor following a telephone or video consultation.

Morning appointments are released at 08:00, this is a first come first served service. When we are at full capacity you will be advised to call back from 14:00 when the afternoon appointments are released.

There will be no walk in (Sit and Wait) service effective immediately.

There is no patient access to the building.

The main doors to the building will be shut.

Cancelling An Appointment

If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know using our Cancel An Appointment Triage as soon as possible, this may enable someone else to be seen.
